Batting Cage Hours: Token Machine and Cage Rental Walk In Hours:
Fall Hours (Current): Mon–Fri 3pm-8pm Saturday 10am-5pm Sundays:9:30am-4pm
Winter Hours: Mon–Fri 3pm-8pm Saturday 10am-5pm Sundays:9am-4pm
Summer Hours: Mon–Fri 1230pm-6pm Saturday 10am-3pm Sundays:CLOSED
Holiday Closures (updates check google maps): Closed Holidays:Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, X-mas Eve, X-mas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day
*No Spectators or small children allowed in Batting Cage area *Spectators, Parents and siblings not using cages or whom are not registered in a class must wait in lobby area * All Kids under 13yrs using the batting cages must be accompanied by an adult
Payment & Reservation Policies:
- No Reservations are necessary for Batting Cage Pitching Machines-You may purchase Tokens when you arrive & must take turns with others.
- All Tunnels must be paid for in Full before entering the cage. We do not hold reservations for Tunnels without pre-payment.
- To reserve over the phone you must pre-pay via zelle indoorsportsgroup@gmail.com or you may come in person to reserve via cash, apple pay, credit or debit card. There is an additional 3.5 % apple pay, credit/debit card processing fee.
- Walk ins are on a first come first serve basis and may pay in person.
- You have 72 hrs to cancel a pre-paid reservation for a partial refund.
- If you do not give 72hrs cancellation notice you will be not be refunded.
- All private Lessons must be pain in advance. No Refunds for missed private lessons.
