All Parties Include:
1 hr. of Gymnastics Activity, 1hr in Party room, Birthday Party themed paper goods, table cloths, Party host,(s) Party Instructor, (s) & Gift for Birthday Child.
Bookings, Deposits & Payments:
A 50% non-refundable & non-transferable deposit of the Party Package you choose is due upon booking.
We do not hold dates or time without a deposit & A valid credit card number that we will keep on file until the day of your party.
Party Balance along with any extra fees you incur is due the day before your party.
We accept all major credit cards & Cash. There is a 3.5% processing fee when using credit/debit cards (No Checks)
Party Policies:
We do not give any refunds or credits for cancelled parties. We will move the date and time of your party WHERE SPACE IS AVAILABLE only in the event of inclement weather / facility emergency closure.
Please do not arrive late, All Parties are timed and will start at the time slot you purchased weather your guests are on time or not. Times cannot be extended the same day.
Party Hosts will help set up/ cleanup/ serve children pizza, drinks & cake and will help move party along so you don't go over your allotted time. Service, Pizza, Drinks & Seating at party table is for party children only.
