After -school sports programs provide essential physical, mental, and social benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, reduced stress and increased self esteem. Our after-school sports program is centered around the exciting world of gymnastics and baseball!
Children will participate in fun and challenging sports activities that keep them moving and focused! Children are grouped by age, grade and skill levels.
All participants will enjoy pick up from school, snack time, homework help and 90 min of sports training. Our dedicated coaches and caring staff members have a passion for sports and teaching young athletes how to reach their full potential.
