Gymnastics Mission
At USC Gymnastics our mission is to keep children active, moving and healthy by teaching and developing fundamental gymnastics skills in a fun and safe environment while making friends and having fun!
We believe in the overall physical and mental benefits that gymnastics has to offer to young children, setting the foundation for a life long, healthy lifestyle as well as building self confidence, social skills, perseverance and gratitude.
Our 55 min classes focus on balance, coordination, flexibility and strength. Children will learn skills on beam, floor, bars and tumble-trak.
Gymnastics classes enhance self-esteem while promoting social interaction and team building skills, along with the ability to overcome challenges to reach their full potential.
