Baseball Classes for Kids Ages 6-16yrs
The USC Baseball Mission
At USC Baseball Training, our mission is to keep children active, moving and healthy by teaching and developing fundamental baseball skills in a fun and safe environment while making friends and having fun!
We believe in the overall physical and mental benefits that baseball has to offer to young athletes, setting the foundation for a lifelong healthy lifestyle and mind set by building self confidence, self discipline and team building skills as well as the ability to overcome challenges and to persevere by normalizing failure and encouraging them to maintain a positive, focused attitude.
Recreational Baseball Classes
Our 55 minute recreational co -ed baseball classes are for kids ages 6-12yrs with focus on fostering a love for the game through fundamental skill development.
Curriculum includes: stretching exercises, hitting, throwing, base-running, fielding, mental awareness and baseball IQ. Kids are grouped by age and skill level
Spring Baseball Workout
Our Baseball workout clinics are for Serious Baseball Athletes with prior Baseball Experience who want to improve and perfect their Baseball Skills! Please do not sign up if your child has no prior baseball experience.
Athletes are grouped by age and skill level ages 9-16yrs.
5 week Girls Softball Class
This class will focus on all aspects of the game with emphasis on hitting and fielding along with individual skill drills and team based activities. Class is hosted by coach Stephen Alemais former MLB player for Pittsburg Pirates. Stephen has a passion for teaching and helping young athletes reach their true potential.
